Getting started
Sign in: type your email on the sign-in page. We email you a link; open it and you're in. No password.
Set it up: three short steps: what you follow, when it comes, where to look.
Your issue: arrives at the time you picked. The Issues page shows when the next one is due.
Change it: sign in and use the Brief and Sources pages. If your issue has a "Change it by replying" box, just reply in your own words, like "shorter". Reply UNDO to take back the last change.
Pause it: press Pause on the Sources page. Nothing is lost; the same button starts it again.
Questions
- When does my issue come?
- At the time you picked, usually within a few minutes of it. Sign in and open Issues to see the next one.
- How do I change what's in it, or when it comes?
- Sign in and open Brief: what it covers, how long it is, and under "When it arrives", the days and time. Or reply to an issue that has a "Change it by replying" box.
- How do I stop it?
- Pause it (see above). If you get someone else's newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of their email.
- Why didn't I get one?
- Check your spam folder first. Then sign in and open Issues: a day with no issue shows there with the reason. A quiet day with nothing new sends nothing.
- My link doesn't work any more.
- A sign-in link works once, for 15 minutes. Ask for a new one and open the newest email. An invite that ran out: email Geoff for a fresh one.
