Privacy

This is a small, invite-only test run by Geoffrey Hancock (geoff@wanglemedia.com) for a few friends. It is free and not a commercial service.

What we keep: your email address so you can sign in, the sources and settings you choose, and the newsletter issues made for you. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or send you anything you did not ask for.

Where it lives: on Geoffrey's own computer in Denmark, with an encrypted nightly backup in his Google Drive. Pages reach you through Cloudflare. Your sign-in links and your newsletter are emailed to you from Geoffrey's own Gmail. Nobody else is ever emailed from it on your behalf, and each issue has a link to pause your newsletter.

Who else sees anything: to write your newsletter, the text of the articles from your sources and your brief are sent to Anthropic's Claude.

Your account is yours alone: nobody else on the test can see your sources or your issues. Geoffrey, who runs the computer, can see what is stored.

You can download everything we hold, or delete your account, from your account page at any time. Or just ask Geoffrey and he will do it.

If you joined from someone's link, we note that so we can thank them with a count. We never tell them who you are.
